| Mixing Instructions | In a mixing jug add 70 ml (2.4 US fl oz) ) of water then add contents of Icon Cream Liqueur Base and whisk vigorously to thoroughly dissolve. Add the Icon Liqueurs Shamrock Cream Flavouring and top up to 1 L (33.8 US fl oz) with neutral spirit or vodka. Shake until dissolved. |
